The NMA Team Challenge is a series of modified events where athletes form teams of either 4 (track events) or 2 (field events). Teams in a field event do compete individually, however their best result is combined with their teammates to obtain a cumulative best result where placings will then be awarded. For example, if an individual athlete throws the discus the farthest on the day with a distance of 35m but their teammate only throws 20m, they may not be placed 1^st if another team throws a combined distance greater than 55m.

Nominations for each age group must be performed separately.  The age group you need to register your child under is determined by the age they may have already turned or will be turning this year. For Example, If your child has already turned 11 this year, they will be classified as under 12's. If they turn 11 in December, they will also be classified as under 12.  Below is a quick reference to what events are on offer for each age group. Please use the "NOMINATE" link above to get started.
